Bali’s drier season is usually the easiest period for beach days, outdoor temples and longer sightseeing routes. It is also the period many travelers choose, which can mean busier roads, fuller restaurants and higher accommodation demand.

For fewer crowds

The months between the busiest holiday periods can offer a better balance. You may still encounter rain, but hotels and restaurants can feel less pressured and the island’s landscape remains vivid.

Rain does not always ruin the trip

During wetter periods, rain may arrive in concentrated bursts rather than lasting all day. Build flexibility into the schedule: use clear mornings for outdoor priorities and keep spas, workshops, restaurants and design-focused stops available when the weather changes.
